
This is our 100th post to the Get Fit Carlisle Blog. That's kind of cool so I thought we'd celebrate this milestone by talking about the success that our clients have been having the last few weeks. They've put in a lot of hard work and the results are showing!
With most of our 6 weeks Challenge results in check out what happened. (I'm going to only use our clients' initials in order to protect them from paparazzi and things like that. You know how annoying that can be)
All results are during the 6 week challenge
SF - lost 10lbs
LW - lost 5lbs, 7 inches, added 15 push ups and doubled her pullups
MW - lost 5lbs, 4 inches and 5 pullups
ML - Lost 8lbs, 6.5 inches
HG - lost 7lbs, 3.5 inches
Not only that check out some of our athletes
KH - decreased his baseball sprint time from home to home by more than 1 second in less than 3 weeks
KP - Added 10lbs to his bench press, and finished in the top 3-5 in all agility tests for his high school team
Our athletes are killing it right now in their workouts. If you want to see a show, stop by TTF around 3:15 on T/TH and watch these guys get after it. Lots of fun, sweat, hard work and results.

With all that being said, there is a huge problem facing the dad's of the world today. Did you know that around the age of 30 (some say as early as 25) men start to lose up to a 1/2 a pound of muscle each year. You may be thinking, what's the big deal? Well, the big deal is less muscle equals slower metabolism, more fat. less energy, lower testosterone levels, less strength, etc. etc.
