
Does anyone remember this movie, "Gone in 60 seconds" It's fromt he mid 90s. Nicholas cage plays a car thief who has about 60 seconds to steal the car and get away. Anyway, not a bad movie...lots of action. What does this have to do with Get Fit Carlisle? Glad you asked.
This week's circuits are 60 seconds on 30 seconds off. Trust me if you do these correctly, you may actually be Gone in 60 seconds.
Circuit #1
Dumbbell Lunge/Curl/Press
Dumbbell Woodchop (or swings)
Push-up/X Mountain Climber
ABC Sit up
Circuit #2
Dumbbell Deadlift/Upright Row
Stability Ball Push up/Kneetuck
Stability Ball Hip Extension/Leg Curl
Stabiility Ball Ball Exchanges
Complete each circuit 3 or 4 times as quickly as possible, resting only as needed. Enjoy!
