We're training Who? - Part 2

We've had a great week at Transformation T&F! We've met some really cool new people and as always watched our clients work their butts off (literally and figuratively) in our boot camps and private sessions. Have you ever watched 18 people cranking out a 30 seconds on/15 seconds off workout for 32 minutes? Talk about inspiring. Keep up the hard work!

We've had a great response from a video and story about Barb. Thanks for your comments on the blog and facebook. (By the way, if you are a facebook user, make sure you friend me and check out our new TTF fan page!)

Today's featured clients have been a lot of fun to work with. They are a collection of 7 high school/college athletes that get together 2 times a week. For the 45 minutes at TTF, they sweat, laugh and work really hard. it's been a lot of fun as a trainer to kind of keep cranking up the intensity each week and watch each one of them respond with flying colors.

Mixed among the group are a bunch of different sports. AJ plays lacrosse, Colton plays football and basketball, Tanner plays basketball. Tyler plays lacrosse and soccer, Erik plays baseball and is ROTC, Eric plays soccer and track and Joey plays basketball and lacrosse.

Regardless of their sport, I've watched each of them get stronger, more powerful and explosive over the weeks we've been working together. Below are 3 videos for you to check them out in action! If anyone ever suggests that this generation is lazy, please pass along these video clips to see 7 young guys that work extremely hard at what they are doing!

Some quickness and power work!

More power and agility work.

Leg Crank!

Stay tuned for Part 3!
